I specialize in mobile real estate closings, home loan refinance closings (FHA, VA, Conventional, HELOC, Reverse Mortgages). With over a decade of experience, I'm certified and background checked by the National Notary Association. I'm also a Certified Signing Agent and have done more than 5,000 closings.
I assist metro area attorneys in their offices, or their client's homes with notarial services for estate planning, medical records and real estate documents.
For personal services, sometimes the bank or the UPS store isn't an option. When you need a notary to come to you because of work, illness, physical limitations, hospital stays or other limiting factors, I can come to you.

Where do you travel?
I travel throughout most of Arapahoe, Douglas and Denver counties.
What does a notary do?
A notary public witnesses and attests to the fact that you personally signed a document.
Do I need identification for you to notarize a document for me?
YES, you will need at least one of these: Current drivers license, State ID card, Passport, or Military ID.
Will you notarize a document that I've already signed?
NO, the document must be signed by you in my presence. Don't sign the document before we meet.
What do you charge?
My fees are based on the number of documents that require notarization and the distance I will travel to meet with you. Call me with your request.
(A note: If you can take your document to a UPS Store or your bank, it will be cheaper for you. )
